The wines of Prima Terra are made to reflect the characteristics of their territory. Every wine is unique, but all of them have some typical elements in common. The minerality derives from the rocky soil and the omnipresent sea. The balsamic notes highlight the rich biodiversity composed of aromatic herbs, flowers, macchia mediterranea, citrus fruits, pine woods, and heather. The characteristics of the territory in the wines are obtained through several specific winemaking techniques – Prima Terra practices the so called “mediterranean ” style of wine making. One of the most important elements consists of a targeted skin maceration also in white wines.
